Preconcrete Phase II - Production hall extension
The extension of PREbeton's production hall resulted in the construction of two new halls and a three-storey office block, while the factory was running continuously and without interruption. This is the largest construction project ever undertaken by our company.
Fit-out of Krüllung production hall
Our company was involved in the work after the construction of the support structure, to carry out fit-out tasks, the scope of which then went well beyond the scope of classical finishing works. We completed the project on time, with precision and flexibility.

For two consecutive years, we have built "box in box" offices in the halls of Prologis industrial parks in a design & build construction. Attention to the smooth day-to-day running of the buildings has played a key role in the excellent relationship we have maintained with our Tenants ever since.
Semmelweis University Doctoral Office renovation
We had the opportunity to work in the main building of one of the country's most historic universities. In addition to a complete renovation of the Doctoral Office, we built a steel-framed gallery twice the size of the previous one, on a tight schedule.
Prologis roof insulation works
The waterproofing of the roofs of Prologis' industrial halls and the replacement of the insulation in some cases has grown into a huge project: after the first roofing renovation job, we completed three more roofs, replacing a total of 70,000 m² of insulation.
Harbor Park water tower renovation
During the renovation of the historically preserved water tower, particular attention was paid to the consultation of the authorities and planners. The work, carried out at a height of 30 metres, has renewed both the exterior and the interior, contributing to the enhancement of the landscape of Nagytétény.
Ledora bakery project management
We provided project management for the expansion of an automated bakery plant in the role of general contractor. Our tasks included coordinating the construction and technological processes, designing new production areas and freezing chambers, and managing foreign suppliers. We successfully completed a project that was complex in every aspect.
Baltazár Boutique Hotel extension in the castle
The extended Baltazár Boutique Hotel has opened, where four new suites have been built by our company. Each unit has a special bohemian atmosphere, with individually designed details and carefully selected furniture from around the world.
