The task
The final and largest phase of our office building project, which began in 2025 at the Prologis Sziget II Industrial Park, was the construction of the DSV Global Transport and Logistics Headquarters. DSV operates in more than 90 countries and provides integrated logistics services to thousands of companies on a daily basis. Our goal for this project was to create a modern and efficient work environment that fully meets the needs of a company operating on an international scale, including its senior management.
The construction of the DSV Head Office was a complex undertaking that included foundation work, structural construction, and the complete fit-out of the interior spaces, including painting and flooring work. As part of the project, we also fabricated custom kitchen cabinets. We paid special attention to ensuring that the functionality and aesthetics of the interiors were of the highest standard, in line with the client’s brand image and operational requirements.
The office building, with a floor area of approximately 800 m², is connected to an outdoor parking lot with 40 spaces, where electric vehicle charging stations have been installed to support sustainable transportation solutions. Next to the parking lot, we also built an ornamental garden to balance out the paved areas. We paid special attention to quality in the design of the restrooms, using modern and timeless solutions, and we are very pleased that the Client set the bar much higher than a standard design in this area and allocated a larger budget for it.
Precise planning and the efficient coordination of construction processes played a key role in the implementation of the project. Thanks to well-organized work and continuous on-site coordination, we were able to optimize each phase of the work, thereby accelerating construction. As a result, we were able to deliver the project within the planned deadline, in accordance with the client’s expectations, and to a high technical and aesthetic standard. The handover proceeded smoothly, supported by careful preparation and thorough quality control. We would like to highlight and take this opportunity to thank the client for their exemplary communication and proactive, professional conduct.
We are proud
We are proud to have served as the general contractor for the office construction projects at the Prologis Sziget II Industrial Park and to have contributed, among other things, to further strengthening DSV’s presence in Hungary by creating a modern, high-quality, and inspiring work environment.
