The task

As part of the development of Jász-Plasztik Kft.'s Kecskemét site, a modern car showroom, authorized service center, and an associated warehouse building were realized. The goal of the investment was for the Company to continue serving its growing activity in the distribution and servicing of new car brands at a high standard. The project's designer and general contractor was TECTON Kft. The construction was put out to tender in one phase but across several work packages, during which we succeeded in winning one of the most significant construction packages.

The construction

Our tasks during the investment consisted of several types of specialized work. We carried out the construction of the monolithic foundation structures together with the associated earthworks, as well as the production and on-site installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete plinth elements. As part of the structural work, we also realized the interior monolithic reinforced concrete staircases, the gallery floor slabs, and the Cofra floor structures. A key part of the project was the complete construction of the building's exterior envelope. In addition to the building's facade cladding, our tasks also included the complete roof structure and the installation of the domes, together with the necessary flashing work. Throughout the construction, we supported our Client with a general contractor's approach, helping to coordinate and ensure the efficient work of the various specialized trades.

Handover

The construction of the facility, with a floor area of nearly 2,000 m², is being completed according to the planned schedule. Thanks to the high quality of the work performed and the carefully prepared documentation, both the technical and financial closeout proceeded smoothly.
