Renovation of the RIEL Office Building

Demolition work on the project began in May, followed by the preparation of construction drawings and detailed technical planning. Subsequently, a comprehensive modernization of the building’s interior spaces began. During the renovation, the electrical system—including both high- and low-voltage systems—as well as the building’s mechanical systems were completely overhauled. One of the unique aspects of the project was that the client possessed outstanding professional expertise in these technical fields, which enabled extremely efficient collaboration during construction. Shared professional insight and rapid decision-making greatly contributed to the smooth progress of the work. In addition to the renewal of the technical systems, the building’s interior spaces were also modernized both functionally and aesthetically; as part of this, the interior walls, finishes, and, among other things, the built-in furniture and other interior design elements were also renewed. The building’s exterior appearance has changed with the complete renovation of the outdoor terrace opening from the dining room and the reconstruction of the main entrance canopies, which were fitted with cladding.

The renovation has resulted in a revitalized, modern office space that ensures the conditions for efficient and comfortable work in the long term. With the successful handover of the RIEL office building, our portfolio of references has expanded further: through this project, we have renovated an additional approximately 1,200 m² of office space, strengthening our professional expertise in this field.
