The task

As part of the five-office-block construction project we started in 2025 at the Prologis Sziget II Industrial Park, we were commissioned to create high-quality offices for FAST Hungary Kft. that meet today's standards. FAST is a Czech-based company present in a number of European countries; its own brands include SENCOR, and it is also responsible for the distribution of CASIO.

The construction

During the project we built two offices for FAST Hungary. The work involved the renovation and extension of an existing office area as well as the construction of an entirely new office block, which included the partial demolition of the existing hall floor, the foundation works, the erection of the precast reinforced concrete structures and the complete fit-out. To bring natural light into the offices, new openings had to be created in the facade, during which the existing cassette facade cladding was also modified. New parking spaces were built alongside the new offices, where, in line with today's expectations, charging for electric vehicles has also become possible.

Handover

FAST had already taken possession of the hall area it leases before the office fit-outs were completed, so in the closing phase of the project we had to pay particular attention to not disrupting their operations. Thanks to well-organized work and tarpaulin partitions erected across the full height of the hall, the construction ran without interruption and the handover of the project went smoothly.

We are proud to have delivered this project while the client's operations continued uninterrupted, meeting strict deadlines and high quality expectations. Coordinating the conversion of the existing building sections with the construction of the new office block was a demanding organizational task, which our team successfully completed.
