Baltazár Boutique Hotel extension

Our main tasks included carrying out fine internal demolition work and building plasterboard walls and suspended ceilings. We installed the necessary locks, renovated the front and interior windows and doors, and manufactured and installed the new hotel room doors. The bathrooms were fitted with premium limestone tiling and the existing parquet flooring was polished, varnished and new skirtings were installed. We also carried out a complete painting and resurfacing of the entire building. We paid particular attention to project management: we coordinated and supervised the work of the subcontractors - mechanical, electrical, curtain, carpentry and other trades - providing full site management on site.

The works were completed on schedule and to a high quality standard in just 3 months, despite the short lead time. The list of deficiencies was minimal, and the identified repairs were completed before handover. At the end of the project, the Department of Heritage Protection issued an official certificate of acceptance of the works. Quick and smooth financial settlement was made possible by continuous cost reconciliation and transparent communication.
