The task

The goal of the project carried out for ABZ Innovation Kft. was to create a modern, modular manufacturing environment that supports the company's dynamically growing drone manufacturing activity. For this internationally significant Hungarian innovation company, a complete internal redesign of a manufacturing hall that previously served a different function was carried out.

The aim of the development was to create an efficient and flexible working environment where storage, manufacturing, and service processes could operate in one place, yet in a well-organized and clearly separated manner. A key aspect of the project was the application of modern energy solutions, as well as the creation of a long-term sustainable environment that supports the company's continued growth and efficient operation.

The construction

One of the defining elements of the construction was the installation of mobile office container units within the hall. The custom-designed modules provide modern, flexibly configurable spaces for functions including a dining area, social block, meeting room, and other service functions. Positioning and stacking the container units required complex coordination, precise crane operations, and heightened occupational safety coordination, particularly given the other construction work taking place in parallel within the hall.

During construction, entirely new mechanical and electrical systems were built throughout the hall, contributing to the creation of a modern, efficient, and safe working environment.

Handover

The project concluded with a successful technical handover, as a result of which ABZ Innovation Kft. can continue its dynamically growing activity in a modern, efficient, and flexibly configurable manufacturing environment.
