The task

We were delighted to be approached by the former team of contractors and technical inspectors, who offered us the opportunity to participate in the tender for the construction of a new restaurant for the Zsidai Group, one of the country's most prestigious gastronomic families. The project is located in the Buda Castle District, and the task is to rebuild the former restaurant with a significant increase in quality, worthy of the family's reputation. CPH won the tender and the client's confidence for the construction of the Spíler restaurant and the Zuki confectionery, as well as the kitchen service and social areas on Dísz Square.

The construction

Work began with the alignment of the mechanical and electrical traces, in parallel with the internal masonry and repair work. We paid particular attention to the production design and sampling of the built-in furniture. The Client's professionalism made the execution much easier: clear communication of the requirements resulted in quick decision-making, while the subcontractor team also delivered an outstanding performance on site. The technical nodes of the restaurant and the English-loft style finish, which creates a pleasant atmosphere, reflect the high quality of the design.

Handover

During January, we worked at an intensive pace, and the trial run was able to start on time. The restaurant and café staff were also assembled for the opening, and their dedication is greatly appreciated. We also strived to provide the highest quality construction service with a "waiter mentality". We believe we have achieved this.
