DSV White Collar central office handover

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the last and largest phase of the 5-office-block construction project carried out in the Prologis Sziget II industrial park, delivering the full turnkey construction of the White Collar office for DSV Global Transport and Logistics — which now serves as the company's central headquarters. At the end of November 2025 we were still celebrating the building reaching structural completion; now we are proud to report that by March 2026 every element of the project was fully finished and handed over.

The office, covering more than 800 m² and designed entirely to the client's bespoke requirements, was built from the ground up — from foundations through structural works to the complete fit-out of all interior spaces, including every phase of the custom furniture and kitchen installation. As part of the project, a 40-space car park with electric vehicle charging stations and a decorative garden were also created.

Thanks to exemplary client communication and well-organised workflows, the construction was delivered on time and to a high technical and aesthetic standard, contributing to the creation of a modern and efficient working environment for an international company.
