Spirit hall – structural works completed

We completed the structural works of the Hatvan hall on schedule. Based on a detailed geotechnical survey, a deep foundation was built beneath the building, on top of which the foundation system was formed by cast-in-situ pad footings and socket footings receiving the precast columns. Before erection began, we laid the upper layers of the granular sub-base under the industrial floor, providing a stable base for the installation of the heavy-duty elements. The floor slab and staircase of the office block, as well as the plinth walls running along the facade perimeter, were also designed and built from precast concrete elements to speed up erection. We would like to thank the entire Team involved in the project for their persistent and conscientious work, especially given the challenges of the summer heat.
