RIEL office building renovation COMPLETED

After six months of intensive planning and construction work, we handed back RIEL Elektronikai Kft.'s office building to them in December 2025 following the successful completion of the renovation work.

We began dismantling the project in May, and after finalizing the implementation plans, we quickly agreed on a well-prepared price quote with the investor. During the renovation, the entire electrical power and low-voltage systems as well as the mechanical systems were renewed in addition to the architecture. On every floor, we demolished the coverings and surface finishes down to the concrete subfloor and plastered walls, and prepared the area to receive new, high-quality materials throughout. The client made no compromises when selecting cold flooring, facade materials, carpeting, vinyl wallpaper, and suspended ceiling types, as we were ultimately able to use the best materials available.

After careful planning, the built-in furniture in the interior spaces of the building was also renovated. Among the exterior works, a spectacular canopy with a mounted facade cladding system and built-in LED lighting was constructed over the entire inner courtyard, and the terrace opening from the attic dining room was also given new 2 cm thick cladding on legs, while the attic kitchen cube was also renovated with high-quality bronze-colored mounted cladding. The technical scope of our undertaking expanded continuously during the project thanks to the fact that we found the most favorable construction for both the client and the contractor in terms of accounting. In addition to industrial and hall construction, we have the most references in office renovation, and with the handover of this office building, the floor space of the areas we have renovated has increased by a further 1,200 m2.
