RIEL Office renovation

This week, we started the renovation of a 1000 m² office building in the 13th district of Budapest, one of the largest security wholesalers with more than 30 years of professional experience.

Our main task in the first phase of the project is to carry out the demolition work. We will have a few weeks to complete these, while the final construction plans are being drawn up in parallel. Some construction work is scheduled to start as early as next week.

It is a rare and particularly advantageous situation that our Client also manages the electrical and mechanical sections with great routine and expertise. This makes the decision-making process much easier when working together, as we receive quick and decisive answers to the questions that arise.

The full renovation is expected to be completed by the end of August 2025.
