Prologis Roof Renovation and VRV Steel Structure

With our current project, we are significantly surpassing 100,000 m² of completed roof waterproofing projects, as together with this project we will have delivered a total of more than 107,000 m² of roof surface area to our Client.

The works in Szigetszentmiklós are being carried out within an active industrial environment. As part of the project, we are replacing the complete waterproofing and thermal insulation system of a nearly 25,000 m² warehouse roof, including the removal of the existing materials, the installation of the new roofing build-up, and the implementation of the permanent fall protection system.

The project also requires the provision of a complex mobilisation and logistics background, including temporary facilities, crane operations, and the application of various safety engineering solutions.

Parallel to the roof renovation works, we are also carrying out the construction of the steel structures required for the indoor units of the VRV system. The work is being performed in an existing, fully operational warehouse environment, in cooperation with several subcontractors.

Both projects are being implemented as part of a comprehensive energy modernisation programme, with particular attention paid to maintaining continuous operations and complying with high-level occupational health and safety requirements.
