With our current project, we are significantly surpassing 100,000 m² of completed roof waterproofing projects, as together with this project we will have delivered a total of more than 107,000 m² of roof surface area to our Client.

A Szigetszentmiklóson zajló munkák egy működő ipari környezetben valósulnak meg. A projekt keretében egy közel 25 000 m²-es csarnoktető teljes víz- és hőszigetelési rétegrendjének cseréjét végezzük, beleértve a meglévő anyagok bontását, az új rétegrend kialakítását, valamint a végleges zuhanásgátló rendszer kiépítését is.

The project also requires the provision of a complex mobilisation and logistics background, including temporary facilities, crane operations, and the application of various safety engineering solutions.

Parallel to the roof renovation works, we are also carrying out the construction of the steel structures required for the indoor units of the VRV system. The work is being performed in an existing, fully operational warehouse environment, in cooperation with several subcontractors.

Both projects are being implemented as part of a comprehensive energy modernisation programme, with particular attention paid to maintaining continuous operations and complying with high-level occupational health and safety requirements.
