Our company has been commissioned to carry out the detailed design and structural engineering work for a new warehouse, along with an associated showroom and a two-story office building, as part of a greenfield development project in the advanced industrial park in Hatvan.
As part of the project, a building with a floor area of 2,200 m² will be constructed, of which 1,000 m² will be office space spread over two floors. Our responsibilities include comprehensive construction design as well as the structural work for the building.
Package 1 of our construction tasks includes the earthwork required for the building, deep and shallow foundation work, the erection of a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, as well as the construction of temporary access roads necessary for these works and the performance of other related tasks.
The design phase of the project began in March 2026, and construction work on Package 1 will be completed by August 2026, after which only the finishing work will remain.
