BC99 Loft - BPC rental property renovation

For the first time we had the opportunity to work for CPI Hungary, Hungary's leading long-term real estate investor, operator and developer. The property is located in the Balance Loft office building on Váci street in the 13th district.

After the initial demolition works, our tasks included the following building works: replacement of carpeting, painting, replacement of lights with LED, new kitchenette and other additional works. The project was completed to everyone's satisfaction thanks to the very flexible approach of the Client and the Tenant, under the guidance of our colleagues.
