I am responsible for the day-to-day management of our projects on the ground. My role is to coordinate the entire construction process, including the effective management of the various contractors and strict adherence to deadlines. I believe that all phases of the work must be professionally integrated in order to ensure that the work progresses as planned and to a high standard. In addition to precise management, projects also test my problem-solving skills: to quickly identify challenges on site and find solutions immediately, thus minimising disruption, is where I find the professional challenge. My experience in industrial and residential construction allows me to make decisions and organise work with a sure hand.
