The task

The investor decided to implement the project without the involvement of a general contractor, but under the guidance of an experienced operational team. Our company became involved in the work following the construction of the support structure and, although the assignment was described as a fit -out package, its scope went well beyond the scope of classic finishing works. Our tasks included the execution of reinforced concrete, masonry and locksmith works, as well as the following finishing works processes: gluing, painting, cold and hot tiling, plasterboarding, resin coating, installation of internal office glass walls and other additional tasks.

The construction

The good organisation and tidiness of the site, as well as the proper pre-organisation and the effective cooperation of the local construction management, helped our smooth integration. Although we were not in charge of the project management as we were in charge of a major assignment, we provided a general vision every day to support the successful completion of the project. Despite the winter weather conditions, with the use of temporary tempering, the works progressed at a good pace and we completed the tasks we undertook on time.

The implementation team came with a well-developed delivery process, tested in several projects, to which we had to adapt as professional team players. Our task was to complete and document our work as quickly as possible. In addition to the smooth handover process, the financial closure was fast and efficient thanks to well-prepared documentation.

We are proud

Although we prefer to be the general contractor managing the whole investment, we have been able to adapt well to this situation. We carried out our tasks with the utmost thoroughness and, where necessary, supported the project beyond our scope of work. This support was reflected not only in the opinions requested by the Investor, but also in the maximum cooperation with the Co-contractors.
