In addition to my executive duties, I also have to manage certain ongoing projects. As head of the contracting department, I am also responsible for preparing new tenders and outgoing quotations. I manage the contractor team on a daily basis and receive the most important updates: daily successes, challenges and problems. This broad responsibility is essential for me. During my eleven years of general contracting for a leading multinational high-rise construction company, I have learned that the Client's satisfaction is more important than anything else. My goal is always to ensure that our Clients receive a balance of quality, timelines and cost-effectiveness. As well as our partners, my colleagues know that they can turn to me in any situation.
