Bence Bancsók

I work as a site manager for the successful delivery of CPH projects, managing the on-site workflow on a daily basis. I am not only responsible for managing the contractors, but also for coordinating the work areas and establishing effective cooperation between the different actors. Meeting deadlines and quality workmanship are key to our work, with a strong focus on all phases of the work. With extensive experience in both industrial and residential construction, I can confidently manage even the most complex projects with a complex approach. I believe that a proactive approach and good communication not only solves technical tasks, but also builds a strong relationship of trust.
