Technical assistant
As a technical assistant, I contribute to the day-to-day running of the office, and as a member of the back office, I support the company's back office processes. My responsibilities include general office administration, handling and filing incoming and outgoing documents, and liaising with my colleagues and subcontractors on an ongoing basis. I am also involved in the organisation of project start-up tasks, coordinating office processes and actively supporting the Project Manager and our Contractor Team. In my work, I place a strong emphasis on accurate administration, effective communication and punctuality in organisational tasks.
