Martin Milbich

On a daily basis, I coordinate our projects on-site, where I am responsible for ensuring that construction processes run smoothly. It is important to me that the various trades work in close coordination and that everything is completed on schedule and according to plan. I enjoy a fast-paced environment and situations that require quick solutions, because unexpected challenges always arise on a construction site, and finding quick yet well-thought-out solutions is part of my job. In recent years, I have also gained experience in industrial and office construction projects, which helps me a great deal in confidently handling daily tasks and organizing work efficiently.
