Miklós Gazsi

As a project manager, I am responsible for the successful execution of our projects, from initial consultations through to project completion. I coordinate daily decision-making processes, lead my own technical team, and oversee the coordinated work of site managers and on-site specialists. I maintain daily contact with clients to ensure that projects proceed according to plan in every respect. I have significant experience in technical supervision and project management, which I have gained through hotel, residential, and historic preservation projects, among others. In my work, I place a high priority on thoroughness and precise organization, whether it involves office preparation or on-site coordination.
