As a technical preparer, I carry out the necessary project preparation, which means organising the materials and resources needed to complete the technical content of the work we have contracted (plans, budgets, other documents) in time and within budget. My architectural qualifications provide the basis for the interpretation of design documents and the efficient management of technical negotiations related to the execution of the works. My responsibilities include tendering for construction materials and subcontracting works and then sending out purchase orders and writing subcontracts approved by the Project Manager, as well as organising other technical and settlement discussions following agreement. My aim is to provide a transparent and reliable technical background for the construction phase of projects.
